Exchange & Cancellation Policy
At Fashnook, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read the following policy regarding cancellations and exchanges.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
For prepaid orders that are cancelled before dispatch, the amount will be issued as store credit for future purchases.
2. Exchanges (No Refunds)
We do not provide refunds. Only product exchanges are allowed.
Exchanges are applicable for:
Wrong size or product received.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect product reported within 48 hours of delivery (with proof: photo/video).
Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
In case pickup is not available in your area, you may need to ship the item back to our address.

Gift cards and promotional items
Products purchased during clearance or final sale
