Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Fashnook, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read the following policy regarding cancellations and exchanges.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

  • For prepaid orders that are cancelled before dispatch, the amount will be issued as store credit for future purchases.


2. Exchanges (No Refunds)

  • We do not provide refunds. Only product exchanges are allowed.

  • Exchanges are applicable for:

    • Wrong size or product received.

    • Damaged, defective, or incorrect product reported within 48 hours of delivery (with proof: photo/video).

  • Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • In case pickup is not available in your area, you may need to ship the item back to our address.


3. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Innerwear, personal care products, and accessories

  • Gift cards and promotional items

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale
