  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking details.

2. Shipping Time

  • Within Kerala: 3–5 business days

  • Other States in India: 5–7 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on courier partner serviceability, festive seasons, or unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  •  We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • You can also check your order status anytime by contacting our support team.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact details are entered correctly during checkout.
Fashnook is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we ship within India only. International shipping will be introduced soon.

7. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, etc.).
